About the role
The Emerging Bankers Program is a three-month structured training program designed to attract, develop, and assess young Tanzanian graduates who are ready to build a career in banking. Participants gain practical exposure across the Bank’s key business lines, are guided by experienced MHB bankers, and are prepared for potential employment with the Bank upon completion of the program.
WHAT THE PROGRAM OFFERS
Practical exposure across Retail, SME, Corporate and Operations in banking.
Guidance from experienced MHB bankers throughout the program.
Group business project presented to the Bank’s management.
Certificate of Completion upon successful completion.
An opportunity to be considered for employment after the program.
Completion does not guarantee employment.
