Role summary
Multi-Talented Radio Presenter & Content Creator. You will be the voice, the producer and the digital engine of your show, working both in front of the microphone and behind the scenes.
What you'll do
- On-air presentation: host engaging, mature and business-savvy radio programmes that resonate with young adults and older audiences.
- Multimedia production: shoot video, capture high-quality audio and edit both into content for social media and digital platforms.
- Content generation: research, write and produce original programme segments, business features and accurate news pieces.
- Technical execution: handle basic camera operations and audio-visual equipment.
What you need
- A degree or diploma. Mass Communication or Journalism is welcome, but you must also have a qualification or deep expertise in a second discipline, ideally Business, Economics, Law, Finance, IT/Technology or Political Science.
- Proven ability in on-air presentation, audio/video editing, camera operation and script/news writing.
- Able to speak with authority to seasoned professionals while staying relatable to a younger audience.
- Deep familiarity with the culture, history, trends and financial pulse of Dar es Salaam.
